Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

The audit is free during the launch phase. If you want to go further (configuration, automations, development, training), you get a quote before any work starts.

What is available today?

The audit: reading, investigation, findings, action plan. Talking to Odin, and building, training and migration by Odin, are in construction, in public. Until then, boum.it's consultants do that work.

My Odoo plan has no API access. Does it work?

Yes. We then use a backup of your database or a guided session. We walk you through it step by step.

I already have an Odoo partner.

Odin gives you an independent second opinion. You keep your partner, and you walk into the next meeting with a clear list.

Which Odoo versions?

Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted installations, with priority on versions 16 and later. Older version: write to us and we'll take a look.

What happens to my Odoo during the audit?

Nothing changes: Odin only reads. Your teams keep working as usual.

Who sees my data?

Odin and the consultant who reviews your audit, under a confidentiality agreement. It is deleted at the end of the audit.
